Within 10 days of purchase
atelier-delphine.myshopify.com will accept returns of unwashed, unworn, undamaged or defective merchandise. We will issue a refund for all unused and undamaged products returned within 10 days of purchase. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment. We do not accept returns of merchandise that were not purchased on atelier-delphine.myshopify.com
All products must be returned in its original packaging (when possible) and with all accessories to ensure a full credit. Final sale items cannot be returned.
atelier-delphine.myshopify.com will gladly honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of the purchase date. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.
How do I initiate a return?
You must use our return form to properly process your return/exchange. Email to email@example.com to get the return form. Follow the easy steps, print the document and include it in your return box. Pack and seal your box securely, in the original package if possible. To be properly processed, you return/exchange must include a completed return form. You should ship your return/exchange with a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost. Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD.
Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. This credit may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your credit card statement upon completion of returns processing.
Returns and exchanges must be mailed to the address on our return form. You must use our return form to properly process your return/exchange.
